Girls Volleyball will start tryouts/practice on August 17th at 9 am in the SC Gymnasium. Contact Head Coach Mike Adams with any questions at Michael.Adams@irsd.k12.de.us.

Field Hockey will start tryouts/practice on August 17th at 7 am on the SC Field Hockey Field. Contact Head Coach Megan Marvel with any questions at Megan.Marvel@irsd.k12.de.us.

Boys Soccer will start tryouts on August 17th at 5:30 pm on the SC Practice Soccer Field. Contact Head Coach Kevin Cash with any questions at Kevin.Cash@irsd.k12.de.us.

All SC Athletes must have a DIAA physical completed after April 1st, 2026 to be eligible to play this fall. 
All SC Atheltes must also be academically eligible to participate at all times.  Incoming 9th graders are automatically academically eligible. 
Athletes should bring a refillable water container to practices and games. Water is provided. 

Individual game tickets and Season Passes are on sale now.  Purchase here: Sussex Central GoFan.
Senior (65 years and older) Passses are still available for no charge at the SC Main Office.
